Method
- Add mint leaves, sugar, and lime juice to a large pitcher. Gently muddle to release mint oils.
- Stir in white rum, coconut rum, and coconut milk until sugar fully dissolves.
- Fill glasses with ice, pour mixture in until 3/4 full, and top with sparkling water.
- Garnish with mint leaves and pomegranate arils. Serve immediately.
Notes
For stronger coconut flavor, use full-fat coconut milk. For a non-alcoholic version, replace rums with coconut water or NA rum alternative.
