- Arrange frozen potstickers in a single layer in a large baking dish.
- Pour curry-coconut sauce over dumplings, coating fully; cover tightly with foil.
- Bake 30–40 minutes until sauce bubbles and dumplings are tender; uncover last 5–10 minutes for a crispier top.
- Garnish with cilantro, green onions, and chili crisp before serving.
Notes
Do not thaw dumplings before baking; keeping them frozen prevents mushiness and helps maintain texture.
