  • 1 large egg room temperature
  • 1 box strawberry cake mix 15.25 oz
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 3/4 cup white chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix cream cheese and egg until smooth, then add cake mix, baking powder, and oil; mix until just combined.
  3. Fold in white chocolate chips gently.
  4. Chill dough for 30 minutes to prevent spreading.
  5. Scoop dough into balls and place 2 inches apart on the baking sheet.
