Method
- Pulse Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter.
- Press mixture firmly into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie dish and freeze.
- Beat cold cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar, salt, mint extract, and food coloring; mix until combined.
- Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks in a separate bowl.
- Gently mix whipped cream into the mint mixture until fluffy.
- Spread filling evenly into the prepared crust.
- Chill for at least 2 hours or freeze for 30–60 minutes before serving.
Notes
For clean slices, run a knife under hot water and dry it before cutting each slice.
