Ingredients
  

  • 25 Oreo cookies
  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 8 ounces cream cheese cold
  • cups powdered sugar
  • teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon mint extract
  • 3 drops green food coloring
  • cups heavy whipping cream cold

Method
 

  1. Pulse Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter.
  2. Press mixture firmly into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie dish and freeze.
  3. Beat cold cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Add powdered sugar, salt, mint extract, and food coloring; mix until combined.
  5. Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks in a separate bowl.
  6. Gently mix whipped cream into the mint mixture until fluffy.
  7. Spread filling evenly into the prepared crust.
  8. Chill for at least 2 hours or freeze for 30–60 minutes before serving.

Notes

For clean slices, run a knife under hot water and dry it before cutting each slice.
