Method
- Wash and completely dry the apples, then insert wooden sticks securely into the tops.
- Melt white chocolate wafers in a microwave-safe bowl in 20–30 second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Prepare a shallow bowl with crushed Golden Oreos and freeze-dried strawberries mixed together.
- Dip each apple into the melted white chocolate, turning to coat evenly.
- Allow excess chocolate to drip off, then roll the bottom half of the apple in the strawberry-cookie mixture.
- Place coated apples on parchment paper.
- Melt strawberry candy melts and drizzle over the apples.
- Gently press fresh strawberry slices onto the coating if using.
- Allow apples to set completely at room temperature or in the refrigerator before serving.
Notes
Make sure apples are completely dry before dipping to ensure the coating sticks properly. Serve within 1–2 days for best texture.
