Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F and prepare two baking sheets with parchment paper or oil.
- Whisk together olive oil, honey, brown sugar, garlic, salt, mustard, basil, and oregano; reserve 1–2 tablespoons.
- Spread sweet potatoes and Yukon potatoes on sheet pan, season with salt and pepper, and coat lightly with oil.
- Add sliced kielbasa to pan and brush generously with honey garlic sauce.
- Bake 20 minutes until potatoes are partially tender and kielbasa is browned.
- Add broccoli florets and red onion; return to oven for 5–10 more minutes.
- Drizzle reserved sauce over the dish before serving and garnish with parsley if desired.
