  • 1.5 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup ground flaxseed
  • 4 tablespoons honey

Method
 

  1. Combine oats and creamy peanut butter in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add ground flaxseed and mini chocolate chips.
  3. Drizzle honey evenly over the mixture.
  4. Mix until ingredients are fully combined and the mixture holds together.
  5. Chill mixture in the refrigerator for 10–15 minutes.
  6. Roll into 18 equal-sized balls and enjoy.

Notes

If the mixture is too dry, add a bit more peanut butter. If too sticky, add a small amount of oats until the texture is right.
