Method
- Combine rolled oats, milk, yogurt, and chia seeds in a jar or bowl.
- Stir until well mixed.
- Add honey, cardamom, cinnamon, turmeric, ginger, and salt.
- Mix thoroughly to distribute spices evenly.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
- Stir before serving.
- Add additional milk if needed.
- Top with nuts and dried fruit before serving.
Notes
Serve chilled or warm. Add fresh fruit or nut butter if desired.
