Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cottage cheese full-fat or low-fat
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream or coconut cream for dairy-free
  • 2 tablespoons matcha green tea powder
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional garnish: extra matcha powder berries, sliced almonds

Method
 

  1. Add cottage cheese, heavy cream, matcha powder, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt to a blender.
  2. Blend until completely smooth and creamy, scraping down sides as needed.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness if desired.
  4. Spoon into serving dishes or jars.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
  6. Garnish and serve chilled.

Notes

Use high-quality matcha for best flavor and color. Do not over-blend to avoid thinning the mousse.
