- Add cottage cheese, heavy cream, matcha powder, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt to a blender.
- Blend until completely smooth and creamy, scraping down sides as needed.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if desired.
- Spoon into serving dishes or jars.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
- Garnish and serve chilled.
Notes
Use high-quality matcha for best flavor and color. Do not over-blend to avoid thinning the mousse.
