Method
- Chill a tall glass in the freezer for 2–3 minutes.
- Add 3 scoops of vanilla ice cream into the chilled glass.
- Slowly drizzle Irish cream liqueur over the ice cream for a marbled effect.
- Gently pour chilled ginger ale down the side of the glass to preserve fizz.
- Top with whipped cream, garnish with a cherry, and sprinkle crushed candy if desired.
