- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
- Add sliced kielbasa in a single layer and sear for about 3 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
- Add remaining olive oil and sauté onions, bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots for 5–7 minutes until slightly softened.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Whisk honey, soy sauce, and paprika together in a bowl to create the glaze.
- Pour the honey garlic glaze over the vegetables and return kielbasa to the skillet, stirring to coat.
- Cook for an additional 5 minutes until the glaze caramelizes and everything is heated through. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Keep vegetables slightly crisp for the best texture. Avoid overcrowding the pan to ensure perfect browning and caramelization.
