Ingredients

  • 2 tubes refrigerated country biscuit dough about 16 biscuits
  • 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/4 cups salted butter melted
  • 6 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 3/4 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C). Shred cheddar, grate Parmesan, and mince garlic.
  2. Melt butter and mix with garlic, oregano, parsley, and salt.
  3. Flatten each biscuit to 3 1/2 inches and fill with cheddar and a spoon of garlic butter. Pinch to seal into balls.
  4. Place balls seam-side down in a 12-inch oven-safe skillet. Brush tops with butter and sprinkle cheese.
  5. Bake 15–17 minutes until golden. Brush with more butter and top with remaining cheese before serving warm.

Notes

Rotate skillet halfway through for even browning. Use mozzarella for extra cheese pull.
