Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups mashed potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
  • 1 large egg
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray or oil

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
  2. Mix mashed potatoes, cheese, breadcrumbs, green onions, egg, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Form mixture into evenly sized balls.
  4. Freeze potato balls for 15 minutes.
  5. Spray air fryer basket with oil.
  6. Place potato balls in a single layer.
  7. Air fry for 10–12 minutes, turning halfway.
  8. Cool slightly and serve immediately.

Notes

Freezing the potato balls before cooking prevents cheese from leaking during air frying.
