- Cook pasta until al dente and reserve one cup of pasta water.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet, sauté onion for 3-4 minutes, then add garlic for 1 minute.
- Add ground beef, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, and brown for 6-7 minutes.
- Reduce heat and pour in heavy cream; add pasta water gradually until sauce thickens.
- Remove from heat and stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss until fully coated.
Notes
Always lower heat before adding cream or cheese to prevent curdling; reserve pasta water for perfect sauce consistency.
