Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef 80/20 blend
  • 1 teaspoon salt or garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder or 3 cloves minced fresh garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder or 2 tbsp finely diced onion
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tube refrigerated biscuit dough about 8 biscuits
  • 1/4 cup butter melted
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh garlic
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef 6–8 minutes. Drain excess fat, leaving 1–2 tbsp.
  3. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir in cheddar cheese until melted.
  4. Roll out each biscuit to 1/4 inch thick.
  5. Place 2 tbsp beef mixture in center of each biscuit. Fold and seal tightly, placing seam-side down on baking sheet.
  6. Mix melted butter with minced garlic. Brush tops of bombs with mixture.
  7. Sprinkle Parmesan over each bomb. Bake 12–15 minutes until golden brown (165°F internal temperature).
  8. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

Notes

Avoid overfilling (stick to 2 tbsp filling) and seal edges tightly to prevent bursting. Use fresh-grated cheese for best melt. Try air frying at 350°F for 10–12 minutes for a lighter version.
