Method
- Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned; season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Preheat oven to 425°F and roll pizza dough into a 12×18 inch rectangle.
- Spread cheddar cheese over dough, leaving a 1-inch border; add cooled beef and top with mozzarella.
- Roll tightly from the long side and pinch seam to seal; transfer to baking sheet.
- Brush melted butter over top for garlic butter crust.
- Bake 13–15 minutes at 425°F until golden brown and bubbly.
- Cool 3–4 minutes, then slice into 1–2 inch portions and serve warm.
Notes
Allow ground beef to cool slightly before assembling to prevent melting the cheese too early and to ensure easy rolling and sealing.
