- Combine Base Ingredients: In a 4-quart punch bowl, add cinnamon sticks, allspice berries, and cloves. Pour in apple cider, cranberry, orange, pomegranate, and pineapple juices. Stir gently.
- Infuse Flavors: Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow spices to release aromatic oils. For stronger flavor, chill up to 2 hours.
- Add Soda and Garnish: Just before serving, add lemon-lime soda, orange slices, and cranberries. Stir gently.
- Serve Over Ice: Ladle into glasses filled with ice. Garnish with a cinnamon stick or orange slice if desired.
Notes
Yields 14-16 servings. For best results, chill all ingredients before mixing. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze juice base (without soda) for up to 3 months. Add fresh soda before serving to restore fizz.
