Method
- Add cottage cheese to a blender and blend until completely smooth.
- Add blueberries, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, lemon juice, lemon zest, and sea salt.
- Blend again until creamy and fully combined.
- Spoon the mousse into serving dishes or jars.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
- Garnish with blueberries, lemon zest, and mint before serving.
Notes
For a thinner texture, add a splash of milk while blending. Chill time improves texture but can be shortened if needed.
