Ingredients
  

  • 2 lobster tails 6–8 oz each
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Fresh parsley chopped
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and position rack in the center.
  2. Using kitchen shears, cut the top of the lobster shells and gently lift the meat to rest on top of the shell.
  3. Season lobster meat with salt and pepper and place on a rimmed baking sheet.
  4. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and add garlic, cooking until fragrant.
  5. Whisk in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until smooth and slightly thickened.
  6. Stir in lemon juice and season sauce with salt and pepper.
  7. Spoon or brush the garlic butter sauce generously over the lobster tails.
  8. Bake for 15–20 minutes until lobster meat is opaque and reaches 145°F internally.
  9. Remove from oven, garnish with parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.

Notes

Avoid overcooking lobster tails to prevent rubbery texture. Use an instant-read thermometer for best results.
