- Line an 8×8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang on the sides. Lightly spray with nonstick spray.
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Stir constantly until smooth and melted.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and orange zest until fully combined.
- Fold in dried cranberries evenly throughout the mixture.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan, smooth the top, and optionally sprinkle with extra zest or cranberries.
- Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or until completely firm.
- Lift the fudge out of the pan using parchment paper. Slice into 36 squares and serve.
