Easy Cranberry Orange Fudge

Ingredients
  

  • 360 g white chocolate chips
  • 396 g sweetened condensed milk
  • 28 g unsalted butter
  • 5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 15 g orange zest
  • 150 g dried cranberries

Method
 

  1. Line an 8×8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang on the sides. Lightly spray with nonstick spray.
  2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Stir constantly until smooth and melted.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and orange zest until fully combined.
  4. Fold in dried cranberries evenly throughout the mixture.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan, smooth the top, and optionally sprinkle with extra zest or cranberries.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or until completely firm.
  7. Lift the fudge out of the pan using parchment paper. Slice into 36 squares and serve.

Notes

These fudge squares make a delightful treat and are perfect for gifting or serving at parties. You can add nuts or other dried fruits for variation.
