  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 8 oz lump crab meat drained
  • 2 green onions finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tubes crescent roll dough
  • 1 large egg beaten
  • Optional: sesame seeds or everything bagel seasoning

Method

  1. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; mix gently.
  2. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  3. Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles.
  4. Place 1 tablespoon filling on the wide end of each triangle and roll into crescents.
  5. Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle optional toppings.
  6. Bake 11-13 minutes until golden and puffed.
  7. Cool 3-5 minutes before serving warm.

Notes

Drain crab well to prevent soggy crescents. Chill dough briefly if too sticky for easy shaping.
