Method
- Sift together flour, baking powder, and salt; set aside.

- Wrap dough in plastic wrap and chill for 2 hours.
- Preheat oven to 375°F and prepare baking sheets with parchment or silicone mats.
- Roll out dough to 1/4-inch thickness and cut into festive shapes.
- Bake 6–8 minutes until edges turn lightly golden; cool on baking sheet before transferring to wire racks.
- Decorate with colored sugar before baking or frost after cooling completely.
