Method
- Add the cooked chicken to a mixing bowl.
- Pour in the Caesar dressing and mix until coated.
- Add Parmesan cheese, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Mix well until fully combined.
- Slice the croissants in half horizontally.
- Layer chopped romaine lettuce on the bottom half of each croissant.
- Spoon the Caesar chicken mixture evenly over the lettuce.
- Add sliced cherry tomatoes if using.
- Top with the remaining croissant halves.
- Garnish with extra Parmesan and serve with lemon wedges.
Notes
