  • 1 cup apple cider fresh-pressed or bottled
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup sparkling water or club soda
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 green apple thinly sliced
  • Ice cubes
  • Brown sugar for glass rim

Method
 

  1. Coat glass rims with caramel sauce, then dip into brown sugar to create a caramelized rim. Set aside.
  2. In a pitcher, whisk apple cider, caramel sauce, ground cinnamon, and lemon juice until smooth.
