- Coat glass rims with caramel sauce, then dip into brown sugar to create a caramelized rim. Set aside.
- In a pitcher, whisk apple cider, caramel sauce, ground cinnamon, and lemon juice until smooth.
- Fill prepared glasses with ice cubes.

- Top with sparkling water or club soda for effervescence.
