Ingredients
  

  • 2 salmon fillets 6 oz each
  • 1 lb large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning divided
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Pat salmon and shrimp dry with paper towels.
  2. Season salmon with half of the Cajun seasoning.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Cook salmon fillets for about 5 minutes per side until flaky. Remove and keep warm.
  5. Add shrimp and remaining Cajun seasoning to the skillet and cook 3–4 minutes until pink.
  6. Remove shrimp and stir in heavy cream, simmering 3–5 minutes until slightly thickened.
  7. Return salmon and shrimp to the pan and coat with sauce.
  8. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

For a lighter version, substitute coconut milk or Greek yogurt for heavy cream. Serve over rice, pasta, or cauliflower rice.
