Ingredients
Method
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook spaghetti until al dente.
- Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water, then drain spaghetti and set aside.
- Season diced beef evenly with Cajun seasoning.
- Heat butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear the beef for 4–5 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- Remove beef from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream, cream cheese, mozzarella, and Parmesan.
- Stir until cheeses are melted and sauce is smooth.
- Season with salt and black pepper.
- Return beef and spaghetti to the skillet.
- Toss to coat evenly, adding pasta water if needed.
- Cook for 1–2 minutes until heated through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
Notes
Use freshly grated cheese for the smoothest sauce and avoid overcooking the beef to keep it tender.
