Ingredients

  • 400 g spaghetti
  • 450 g diced sirloin or ribeye steak
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped

Method

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook spaghetti until al dente.
  2. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water, then drain spaghetti and set aside.
  3. Season diced beef evenly with Cajun seasoning.
  4. Heat butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Sear the beef for 4–5 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  6. Remove beef from the skillet and set aside.
  7. In the same skillet, sauté garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
  8. Add heavy cream, cream cheese, mozzarella, and Parmesan.
  9. Stir until cheeses are melted and sauce is smooth.
  10. Season with salt and black pepper.
  11. Return beef and spaghetti to the skillet.
  12. Toss to coat evenly, adding pasta water if needed.
  13. Cook for 1–2 minutes until heated through.
  14. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.

Notes

Use freshly grated cheese for the smoothest sauce and avoid overcooking the beef to keep it tender.
