Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground chicken 93% lean
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup hot sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1/2 tsp celery salt
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, hot sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until just combined.
  3. Form tablespoon-sized meatballs, wetting hands as needed to prevent sticking.
  4. Bake 18–20 minutes until golden and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  5. Melt butter in a small saucepan and stir in additional hot sauce and celery salt.
  6. Toss baked meatballs in buffalo sauce and garnish with parsley before serving.
