Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch, half the cheddar, and mozzarella until smooth.
- Spread mixture evenly in a greased 9×9-inch baking dish.
- Top with remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
- Cool 3–5 minutes, then garnish with green onions or blue cheese crumbles.
- Serve warm with chips, veggies, or crackers.
Notes
Always use softened cream cheese for smooth blending. Freshly grated cheese melts better than pre-shredded.
