  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce Frank's RedHot preferred
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese divided
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Optional: chopped green onions crumbled blue cheese
  • Smart swaps: Greek yogurt for half the cream cheese turkey instead of chicken, pepper jack cheese for more heat

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch, half the cheddar, and mozzarella until smooth.
  3. Spread mixture evenly in a greased 9×9-inch baking dish.
  4. Top with remaining cheddar cheese.
  5. Bake 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
  6. Cool 3–5 minutes, then garnish with green onions or blue cheese crumbles.
  7. Serve warm with chips, veggies, or crackers.

Notes

Always use softened cream cheese for smooth blending. Freshly grated cheese melts better than pre-shredded.
