Ingredients
  

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1.5 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo sauce
  • 1 head romaine lettuce shredded
  • 1/2 red onion thinly sliced
  • Miso Caesar dressing
  • 4 burrito-size wraps

Method
 

  1. Butterfly the chicken breasts for even cooking.
  2. Toss chicken with olive oil, salt, paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  3. Cook chicken on a hot griddle or pan until golden and fully cooked.
  4. Melt butter and whisk with Buffalo sauce.
  5. Toss cooked chicken in the Buffalo sauce mixture.
  6. Warm wraps briefly until soft and pliable.
  7. Place Buffalo chicken, romaine lettuce, red onion, and Caesar dressing in the center of each wrap.
  8. Fold sides and roll tightly into wraps.
  9. Toast wraps lightly on a pan until golden if desired.
