- Dice Roma tomatoes and combine with basil, garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and salt. Toss gently to coat.
- Let tomato mixture marinate for 10–15 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- In a food processor, blend feta, cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil for 3–4 minutes until smooth and whipped.
- Taste and adjust seasoning with salt if needed.
- Spread cheese base evenly in a shallow dish. Top with marinated tomato mixture.
- Garnish with basil, red pepper flakes, and grated Parmesan. Serve with toasted baguette, crostini, or crackers.

Prepare the cheese base and tomato mixture separately for make-ahead convenience. Assemble just before serving for best texture. For a warm version, bake assembled dip at 350°F for 10–12 minutes until bubbly.
