- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and dried oregano to form a spice paste.
- Pat tilapia fillets completely dry with paper towels.
- Brush or rub the spice mixture evenly over both sides of each fillet.
- Place fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer with space between each piece.
- Air fry for 8–10 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) and fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove carefully and serve hot with lemon wedges or your favorite sauce.
