- Preheat your Farberware French Door Air Fryer Toaster Oven to 400°F (200°C) using the Air Fry function.
- Set up three shallow bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with panko breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Dredge each chicken tender first in flour, then dip in egg, and finally coat with the seasoned panko mixture.
- Arrange the coated chicken tenders in a single layer on the air fryer basket or tray. Lightly spray the tops with cooking spray.
- Air fry for 16-18 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F/74°C).
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
