Ingredients
  

  • 240 ml non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 30 g chocolate whey protein powder
  • 15 g unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 120 ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 5 tsp Sweetener of choice (optional)

Method
 

  1. In your mixing bowl, add 1 cup of non-fat Greek yogurt, 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth.
  2. Stir in 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder to the wet mixture.
  3. Gradually add 1 scoop of chocolate whey protein powder while whisking vigorously to prevent lumps and keep the pudding silky.
  4. Add your preferred sweetener a little at a time, tasting as you go.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the pudding to thicken and flavors to meld. 15 minutes works in a pinch.
  6. Spoon into bowls and enjoy as is, or add toppings like fresh berries, chopped nuts, or dark chocolate shavings.

Notes

For a richer flavor, consider adding a pinch of salt or a dollop of nut butter on top before serving.
