- Pulse the mixture until it’s smooth and creamy, about 5-10 pulses depending on your blender.
- Pour the delightful ube milkshake into a tall glass and serve immediately.
Notes
For an extra chilled milkshake, freeze your Ube Halaya slightly before blending. Adjust sweetness to your liking or add a dollop of whipped cream for garnish.
