Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate melted
  • 1/1/2 cup dark chocolate melted
  • Chocolate shavings for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. Whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy, then add eggs and vanilla.
  4. Add dry ingredients alternating with milk; mix until just combined and fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Fill liners two-thirds full and bake 18–20 minutes; cool completely.
  6. Drizzle with melted white and dark chocolate and top with chocolate shavings.
