Ingredients

  • 2 64- oz containers apple cider or apple juice
  • 2 liters ginger ale
  • 2/3 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 6 cups ice
  • 2 large red apples thinly sliced
  • 2 large green apples thinly sliced
  • 2 cups fresh cranberries

Method

  1. Pour apple cider into a large punch bowl (at least 1.5-gallon capacity).
  2. Slowly add ginger ale down the side of the bowl to preserve carbonation.
  3. Whisk in caramel sauce and pumpkin pie spice until fully dissolved.
  4. Add ice gradually and stir gently to cool.
  5. Arrange sliced apples and cranberries in the punch for flavor and presentation.
  6. Stir gently before serving, ladling into glasses or cups with fruit included.

Notes

For best presentation, slice apples just before serving or toss in lemon juice to prevent browning. Use high-quality caramel sauce for the richest flavor.
