Method
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- Ensure strawberries are completely dry before dipping.
- Melt the semi-sweet chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval.
- Hold each strawberry by the stem and dip into the melted chocolate, rotating to coat evenly.
- Allow excess chocolate to drip off, then place the strawberry onto the parchment paper.
- If using white chocolate, melt it and drizzle over the dipped strawberries.
- Add sprinkles while the chocolate is still slightly warm, if desired.
- Let the strawberries set at room temperature or refrigerate briefly until chocolate is firm.
