Ingredients
  

  • 3 oz cream cheese room temperature
  • 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • tablespoons strawberry preserves
  • teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 36 Golden Oreo cookies
  • 8 oz cream cheese room temperature
  • 14 oz pink melting chocolates
  • ½ cup white chocolate melted
  • 3 Golden Oreos crushed
  • ¼ cup freeze-dried strawberries crushed

Method
 

  1. Mix 3 oz cream cheese, powdered sugar, strawberry preserves, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth, then chill until firm.
  2. Pulse Golden Oreos into fine crumbs and mix with 8 oz cream cheese until dough forms.
  3. Flatten small portions of dough, add chilled filling to center, wrap, and roll into balls.
  4. Freeze cake balls for 15–20 minutes until firm.
  5. Melt pink chocolate and dip each cake ball, allowing excess to drip off.
  6. Place on parchment-lined tray.
  7. Drizzle with melted white chocolate.
  8. Sprinkle with crushed Oreos and freeze-dried strawberries.
  9. Let set before serving.

Notes

Use room temperature cream cheese for smooth texture. Chill cake balls before dipping to prevent cracking and ensure a clean chocolate coating.
