- Pulse Golden Oreos into fine crumbs and mix with 8 oz cream cheese until dough forms.
- Flatten small portions of dough, add chilled filling to center, wrap, and roll into balls.
- Freeze cake balls for 15–20 minutes until firm.
- Melt pink chocolate and dip each cake ball, allowing excess to drip off.
- Place on parchment-lined tray.
- Drizzle with melted white chocolate.
- Sprinkle with crushed Oreos and freeze-dried strawberries.
- Let set before serving.
