  • 1 cup fresh strawberries

  1. Wash and hull the strawberries.
  2. Add the cottage cheese, strawberries, and honey or maple syrup to a blender or food processor.
  3. Blend for 1–2 minutes until smooth, fluffy, and creamy.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  5. Spoon the mousse into serving bowls or glasses.
  6. Chill for 30 minutes if desired.
  7. Add toppings just before serving.
