Method
- Add the onion and parsley to a food processor and pulse until finely chopped.
- Transfer the mixture to a large bowl.
- Add the ground beef, salt, black pepper, seven-spice, and cayenne.
- Mix well by hand until fully combined.
- Shape the mixture around skewers, about 1 to 1.5 inches thick.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Lightly oil the grill grates.
- Grill the kebabs for about 4 minutes per side.
- Cook until evenly browned and fully cooked through.
Notes
Do not overmix the meat to keep the kebabs tender. You can cook them on a grill, under the broiler, or in a pan.
