Ingredients
  

  • 11 oz milk chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • cups powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, mix peanut butter, powdered sugar, butter, vanilla extract, and sea salt until smooth and thick.
  2. Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl on 50% power, stirring every 30 seconds.
  3. Stir vegetable oil into melted chocolate until glossy.
  4. Spoon a small amount of melted chocolate into the bottom of silicone molds or lined muffin cups.
  5. Add a layer of peanut butter mixture on top of the chocolate.
  6. Cover with more melted chocolate, filling molds to the top.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until fully set.
  8. Remove from molds and serve.

Notes

Store in the refrigerator for best texture. You can use dark chocolate or almond butter for variations.
