Method
- Wash and halve the cherry tomatoes, placing them cut-side up in a bowl.
- Drain mozzarella pearls and add them to the tomatoes.
- Tear fresh basil leaves and scatter throughout the bowl.
- Drizzle olive oil, then season with salt and black pepper.
- Gently toss ingredients to combine without crushing.
- Finish with a drizzle of balsamic glaze just before serving.
Notes
For the best flavor, allow tomatoes to reach room temperature before preparing and add balsamic glaze only right before serving.
