Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup powdered peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil

Method
 

  1. Mix Greek yogurt, powdered peanut butter, creamy peanut butter, and maple syrup until smooth.
  2. Scoop the mixture into 6 evenly sized balls on a parchment-lined tray.
  3. Freeze for 10–20 minutes until firm.
  4. Melt dark chocolate chips with coconut oil in short microwave intervals, stirring between each.
  5. Dip each frozen bite into melted chocolate and return to the tray.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for 15–20 minutes until chocolate sets.

Notes

For best texture, store bites in the refrigerator instead of the freezer and let them sit for a few minutes before serving if frozen.
