  • 2 lbs snow crab legs thawed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Lemon wedges for serving
  • Melted butter optional for dipping

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix olive oil, garlic, Old Bay, paprika, and black pepper in a small bowl.
  3. Arrange crab legs in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  4. Brush seasoning mixture evenly over crab legs.

Notes
