Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F and melt the butter.
- In a mixing bowl combine cake mix, eggs, egg yolk, milk, and melted butter until just combined.
- Pipe or spoon batter into a mini donut pan, filling each cavity about 3/4 full.
- Bake for 12 minutes or until donuts are cooked through.
- Allow donuts to cool completely.
- Melt almond bark in 30-second intervals until smooth.
- Dip the tops of donuts into melted almond bark and place on parchment paper.
- Immediately sprinkle with green sprinkles.
- Melt red candy melts and drizzle over donuts.
- Allow coating to set completely before serving.
Notes
Let donuts cool completely before dipping to prevent coating from melting. Use a silicone mini donut pan for easy removal.
