Ingredients
Method
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and brown the ground beef for 8–10 minutes. Drain excess grease.
- Add taco seasoning and a splash of water. Simmer for 5 minutes until well combined.
- Warm tortillas in a skillet or microwave until pliable.
- Layer rice, seasoned beef, nacho cheese, sour cream, chipotle sauce, and shredded cheeses onto each tortilla.
- Fold tortillas tightly into burritos, seam-side down.
- Heat butter or oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Grill burritos seam-side down for 3–4 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
- Remove from heat, slice in half, and serve warm.
Notes
Avoid overfilling burritos to prevent splitting. Medium heat is best to ensure the cheese melts before the tortilla browns.
