Ingredients
  

Meat Filling
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
Rice Mixture
  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • 1 cup sour cream
Cheesy Layers
  • 1 cup nacho cheese sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Wrap & Grilling
  • 1 tablespoon chipotle sauce
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons butter or oil

Method
 

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and brown the ground beef for 8–10 minutes. Drain excess grease.
  2. Add taco seasoning and a splash of water. Simmer for 5 minutes until well combined.
  3. Warm tortillas in a skillet or microwave until pliable.
  4. Layer rice, seasoned beef, nacho cheese, sour cream, chipotle sauce, and shredded cheeses onto each tortilla.
  5. Fold tortillas tightly into burritos, seam-side down.
  6. Heat butter or oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  7. Grill burritos seam-side down for 3–4 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
  8. Remove from heat, slice in half, and serve warm.

Notes

Avoid overfilling burritos to prevent splitting. Medium heat is best to ensure the cheese melts before the tortilla browns.
