Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups full-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup natural creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips optional
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil optional, for chocolate coating

Method
 

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt and peanut butter until smooth.
  3. Stir in maple syrup and vanilla extract until fully combined.
  4. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Freeze for 1–2 hours until firm.
  6. If using chocolate, melt chocolate chips with coconut oil until smooth.
  7. Dip frozen bites into melted chocolate and return to baking sheet.
  8. Freeze an additional 30–60 minutes until set.
  9. Transfer bites to an airtight container and store in the freezer.
