Method
- Preheat oven to 275°F (135°C). Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine peanut butter cereal, wheat cereal, pretzels, cheese crackers, and honey nut o’s.
- In a medium bowl, whisk melted butter, brown sugar, maple syrup, salt, and cinnamon until smooth.
- Pour coating over cereal mixture. Stir until evenly coated.
- Spread mixture evenly onto baking sheets. Bake 25 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
- Cool completely on baking sheets. Stir in marshmallows, candy corn, and peanut butter candy pieces. Store airtight.
Notes
Do not add marshmallows or candy before baking or they will melt. Always cool mix completely before storing to maintain crispness. Use gluten-free substitutes if needed.
