Ingredients
  

  • 2 lobster tails 6–8 oz each
  • ½ cup unsalted butter melted
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ tsp dried red pepper flakes
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ cup heavy cream

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to broil at 500°F.
  2. Cut lobster shells lengthwise and gently lift meat to rest on top of shells.
  3. In a bowl, whisk melted butter, garlic, red pepper flakes, parsley, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and heavy cream.
  4. Place lobster tails on a baking sheet and brush generously with garlic butter sauce.
  5. Broil lobster tails for 6–8 minutes until meat is opaque and reaches 140–145°F.
  6. Remove from oven and let rest for 2 minutes.
  7. Drizzle with remaining sauce and serve immediately.

Notes

Avoid overcooking the lobster tails, as they can become rubbery. Use a thermometer for best results.
