Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound large strawberries washed and hulled
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs

Method
 

  1. Cut the tops off the strawberries and carefully hollow out the centers using a small knife or melon baller.
  2. In a bowl, beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Transfer the cheesecake mixture to a piping bag or zip-top bag with the corner snipped.
  4. Pipe the filling evenly into each prepared strawberry.
  5. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over the tops of the filled strawberries.
  6. Chill for 30 minutes before serving, if desired.
